Professor Nisar Graduated in 1986. He has fellowships from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS Glasg.), The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (FRCSI) and Intercollegiate Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS gen.) Professor Nisar is the Director of International Minimal Access Centre for Surgery (IMACS) working as a consultant surgeon at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals in Kent, England.

He has served in the executive council of the Association of surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland (ALSGBI) and the Education and Training Committee in the European Association of Endoscopic surgeons (EAES).

He has been a Teacher and Trainer in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery for more than Eighteen years. He has trained hundreds of surgeons in formal courses and visited many canters in United Kingdom, Europe and rest of the world mentoring and proctoring the surgeons to establish new techniques in their centers. He is on the Faculties of several prestigious units in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.
