Dr Irfan Rashid graduated from Allama Iqbal Medical College in 1999. He started his career in Paediatrics as a House Officer at Jinnah Hospital, Lahore and then moved on to work at the Children’s Hospital, Lahore and Institute of Child Health until 2002.

When he came to the UK Dr Rashid continued to pursue his career within Paediatrics and Neonates and completed his membership, MRCPCH. In 2010 he decided to change his career path and changed to General Practice. He is currently working in Yorkshire as a General Practitioner with an interest in Paediatrics. Over the years Dr Rashid has been actively involved with both senior and junior Iqbalians to form a solid platform for graduates of Allama Iqbal Medical College working within the UK.

Dr Rashid is a very committed member of AIMCAUK and has been dedicated to the cause by raising awareness of the movement between his fellow Iqbalians.
